Consent to personal data processing

By selecting the consent checkbox, I freely and specifically consent to [the seller identified on the contact page](/legal/contacts) processing the personal data described below for the operation of the gift card storefront.

Data and actions

The consent covers my email address, authentication-provider identifier, storefront account identifier, order and payment identifiers and statuses, purchased credit amount, price and currency, consent records, and security and technical request data.

The operator may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose to the processors named in the privacy policy, restrict and delete that data by automated means and without automation.

Purposes and recipients

The processing is performed to register and authenticate me, keep my purchases available in my account, take and reconcile payment, issue and deliver gift cards, send fiscal receipts and service messages, protect the storefront from abuse, resolve failures and disputes, and comply with law.

The data may be supplied where necessary to the authentication and email providers used in the flow, to ЮKassa, and to infrastructure processors. The gift card issuer does not receive my email address or storefront account.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains effective until its purposes are fulfilled or I withdraw it, subject to retention required by law or necessary for legal claims. I may withdraw consent by writing to the address on [the seller’s contact page](/legal/contacts). Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed or processing based on another lawful ground.
