Public offer

This document is a public offer by [the seller identified on the contact page](/legal/contacts) (the "Seller") for the sale of electronic gift cards.

1. What is sold

The Seller sells an electronic gift card — a code redeemed on a third-party service, which adds credits to an account on that service. The issuer of the card, and the party performing the obligations under it, is the operator of that service and not the Seller.

The card is denominated in the issuer's credits rather than in money. Its price is set by the issuer at the time the order is placed and is shown before payment.

The card is not a means of payment, an electronic payment instrument, a security, or a bearer gift certificate.

2. Formation of the contract

The contract is concluded when the order is paid for. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

The Seller may decline to fulfil an order where it has grounds to believe the order breaches the law or the issuer's terms; in that case the amount paid is refunded in full.

3. Payment

Payment is taken through the provider ЮKassa. Card details are entered on the provider's own form and are not passed to the Seller.

The fiscal receipt is issued by the payment provider and sent to the email address on the buyer's account.

4. Delivery

The code is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed: it is shown in the buyer's account and sent to the account's email address.

The Seller's obligation is discharged at the moment the code becomes available in the buyer's account.

The Seller does not keep the code: it is requested from the issuer each time it is shown. Losing access to the account does not lose the card, so long as access can be restored.

5. Using the card

The terms of redemption and use of the credits are set by the issuer. The card's validity, its limits and the handling of disputes over credited amounts are governed by the issuer's own documents.

The Seller is not responsible for the availability of the issuer's service, for changes to its pricing, or for its discontinuation after the code has been delivered.

6. Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to the price of the order paid for.

7. Law and disputes

право Российской Федерации applies. A pre-action complaint is required: it is sent to the contact details published on this site and answered within 30 calendar days.
