internal account ID and email if you are signed in.

Cookie values and the Cookie and Authorization headers are not recorded for this purpose. The record is assigned a deletion deadline 365 days after collection and is used only to prevent and investigate automated harvesting or abuse, handle disputes concerning access, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
